Payments
Full payment for each month is due before your first lesson of each month. NOTE: If payment is not made within 12 hours of the 1st lesson of the month, lessons will be canceled until payment is received and processed.
A lesson instructor determines the rate and duration of the lesson and is subject to change with prior notice.
An invoice will be sent via email from no-reply@squarespace.info and can be completed online using multiple ways to pay.
We accept payments in cash, credit, check, Venmo, or Zelle. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please contact us @ murphymusicgroup@gmail.com
All lessons paid for are non-refundable, but will be honored by Murphy Music Group for 6 months.
Cancellation and Lateness Policies
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice must be paid for and cannot be rescheduled unless due to illness or emergency.
If you must cancel on the day of the lesson, please get in touch with your teacher directly by phone and give at least 4 hours notice.
Lessons canceled with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled or skipped at no additional charge.
Makeup lessons can be scheduled directly with your teacher at a time convenient for both of you.
If you are unable to arrange a makeup lesson with the instructor and cancellation was done within the policy guidelines, a credit will be applied to your account and can be accessed for up to 6 months of the missed lesson date.
If a student cancels more than half of their lessons in a given month, the teacher is no longer required to reserve that student’s time slot.
If a student is late for their lesson, the lesson can be ended at the previously determined time in order to be fair to other students.
We are flexible and understanding so if you need a specific arrangement, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
