where are you located?
Crystal Murphy Music is a mobile business that rents various locations near the heart of Downingtown, PA 19335. You can find the locations listed on the registration pages.
which class is best for my child?
Every class and program offered has a suggested age attached to it. BUT, that doesn’t mean that it’s the best fit for your child! If you’re new to our classes and looking for a starting point, begin by choosing a class based on the age and class content as described on our CLASS DESCRIPTIONS page. After you attend, Crystal can help you evaluate which class is best for your kiddo.
Do you offer drop-in classes? I’d like to try one first…
YES! We offer drop-in classes for all of our programs. Simply visit the registration page and purchase the class on the date you choose. If the class is full, you can be added to the wait list to be notified of openings.
Do you offer classes on the weekends?
YES! We offer an All-Ages Family class Saturday mornings! See registration page for more details.
do you offer discounts on classes?
YES! We love giving discounts on seasonal purchases. When you purchase classes in a bundle, we reward you with up to 10% off!
if i purchase a bundle of classes, do i have flexibility to switch if something comes up?
YES! We completely understand that life happens. Let us know asap what day you need to switch and we’ll make it happen.
what forms of payment do you accept?
All forms! You can pay through our website with all forms of credit or debit at checkout. We also accept PayPal and Venmo.
What happens if we can’t make it?
Here’s our formal cancellation policy:
If you miss a class, there will be no refunds given. If notified that you are unable to attend up to 2 hours before class begins, a credit will be applied to your account to be used for a future makeup class within the same season as the missed class. Please reach out to Crystal Murphy for rescheduling options. No-call/no-shows forfeit all rescheduling rights.
If you need to completely cancel your seasonal purchase, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount 14 days before the start of the first class. After that, you will receive a 50% refund of the purchase amount - $25 registration fee for each child registered.

We understand life happens. Please text, call, or email me asap and let me know you’re not coming. I’ll try and accommodate you within reason. Having your child play and grow in our classes is our top priority 🤗
Do you offer classes outside?
YES! We offer outdoor classes all Summer and Fall in our Music & Art in the Park & Fall Music Classes for ages 8 mo - 5 yo, both weekdays and Saturday mornings! We are usually located at Kerr Park in Downingtown. Please see event details for exact locations.
Do you have sibling discounts?
YES! We offer up to 30% off for siblings 8 mo+ to attend our programs. Simply add a sibling item to your cart at registration.
